The Malaya and British Borneo dollar was the currency issued by the Board of Commissioners of Currency, Malaya and British Borneo, succeeding the Malayan dollar and Sarawak dollar. This currency union ended on June 12, 1967, when Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei each began issuing their own distinct currencies.
